Pumpkin Pasta With Grilled Oyster Mushroom

🍃Pasta of your choice ( I use about 8 oz)
1/4 calabaza pumpkin
1/2 cup raw cashew ( omit if you have a nut allergy)
** I soak the cashews in warm water for a few minutes to get smoothe blended consistency)
Salt and pepper to taste
All purpose seasoning
Few dash grated nutmeg for the roasted pumpkin and additional to the sauce.
1 1/2 cup coconut milk
About 1 cup pasta water
1/4 bell pepper ( I used red and green)
1/2 small onion
3 cloves garlic
Few Dash Onion powder
Few Dash garlic powder
Few sprigs thyme
About 1/2 tsp lemon juice to sauce
Oil to sauté seasoning

** Add some nutritional yeast to the sauce if you have it

2 king oater mushroom
1 tsp mild jerk seasoning
1 tsp all purpose
1/2 tsp sugar ( optional)
1/2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp oil
Few Dash onion powder
Salt to taste
