$2.33 Per Serving (Easy Gumbo) Food Allergy Friendly
(What I Ate Today) Gumbo in my house is an all time favorite, but with gluten sensitives the traditional recipe just doesn’t do. This is my food allergy friendly take on a chicken and sausage gumbo. In this recipe I substitute roux for chicken that is browned after being coated in coconut flour. Skipping the traditional Roux also saves a lot time and it makes this meal gluten and dairy free. This recipe, as with everything on this channel, has no gluten, wheat, egg, soy or dairy of any kind.
