Even Picky Eaters will Love This Dish | Fish and Shrimp Stir Fry

Even picky eaters will love this dish. If you’ve got family that doesn’t love fish or shrimp, try this recipe out. You can easily substitute your favorite vegetables and I even give tips on how to make it with chicken or go completely vegetarian too. But if you stick with the seafood, the Honey Ginger Sauce pairs with it perfectly. I used orange roughy, but sole, cod or your favorite white fish will work for this dish.

► List of ingredients I used:
Honey Ginger Sauce:
Soy Sauce
Vinegar
Chicken Stock
Garlic Cloves
Ginger
Arrowroot (or cornstarch)
honey

Stir Fry:
Carrot, celery, red bell pepper, sugar snap peas, orange roughy, shrimp, garnish with green onion and cashew nuts.
