MY HORSE GOT RINGWORM!!! AAACK! Ringworm treatment on Gypsy

One morning when I was out feeding I notice weird bumps on my horse Gypsy. They felt like bug bites or welts but since it was January I knew that couldn’t be what was causing them. I separated her from our other horses in case whatever it was might be contagious. After a little research I made a diagnosis of ringworm.
So I looked up all sorts of remedies and fixes. The stuff I used and worked the best for me was the MMS, created by Jim Humble. It was amazing, I could see the difference overnight! See his video interview by project Camelot to find out more or look up Jim Humble on YouTube. says at the end of the video 😉
You can also check with your veterinarian to get recommendations. Ringworm is really quite simple to get rid of, it’s just getting everything that might have come in contact with it cleaned up to eliminate the chances of a second occurrence that is a real chore…
I also used vinegar, I sprayed her with it and rubbed it in to get it into as close as I could to her skin. I sprayed a 30/70 bleach/water solution on the corral panels, feeder, tack up area and the yard in general. I soaked all the brushes in a bleach solution and washed her blankets with vinegar and bleach. I always washed my gloves after each visit as well.
Oh, and it turns out it was a cat that had ringworm and spread it around during the usual rounds of the yard.
Thank you so much for watching, I hope it was helpful 🙂
