ALLERGY FRIENDLY PANCAKES

My sister makes me allergy friendly pancakes.

Ingredients and Recipe:

Pancake:
– 1/2 cup chickpea flour
– 1/2 rice flour
– 1/4 cup tapioca flour
– 1/4 cup sugar or 1/6 cup xylitol
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 1/4 tsp Salt
– 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
– water

Chocolate mousse:
– Coconut Cream
– Xylitol
– Cacao powder
(I just guessed the quantities)

– Leave coconut cream in fridge over night
– beat all ingredients
– put in fridge (10 min)

– Most Marinated meat/ sausage (contain citric acid/ soy sauce)
