What I Eat in a Day + My Food Allergies and Nutrition Approach

Hi guys, take a look inside the Bruce household to see our approach to nutrition as professional runners. With all of my food allergies, gluten, dairy, soy, and egg it can be a challenge to find the right meals and get all my nutrients in. Luckily my husband Ben cooks all of our dinners and has creatively found a way to make nutritionally balanced, allergy friendly meals that taste good. I don’t believe in counting calories but instead listening to the cues your body gives you. There are no foods that are off limits in my diet except for those I’m allergic to of course. I believe this moderate approach to nutrition has led to my longevity. I try to cover as much as I could in this video but I know there are topics and details I missed.
