How to Make Keto Nut Butter | Walnuts | Sunflower Seeds
In this week’s video, I show you how to make a delicious keto nut butter with walnuts, sunflower seeds, and more!
Did you know that peanuts are technically legumes? This means that peanut butter isn’t actually the best choice for the keto diet. Nuts such as Brazil, Macadamia, Pecan, Walnut, etc. are much more packed with nutrients and have a higher fat content than peanuts. Unfortunately, the lower carb nut butters can be quite expensive in stores. That’s why making these high quality nut butters at home can save you big bucks. So ditch the PB and try out this delicious, nutrient-packed nut butter!
If you have a tree-nut allergy, just use the sunflower seeds! Sunflower butter is delicious as well! Hmmm…new video idea?!
