Broccoli salad with pine nuts, bacon, pecans, and grapes

This is basically the ingredients🙈🙊
-1/4 cup mayo
-mustard to taste a Tbsp or so
-a few Tbsps of water to cut the mayo
-3?4? cups of chopped broccoli
-5 strips crispy bacon
-2 to 3 Tbsp bacon grease
-about one cup of collard green leaves without stems
-half a cup of cut grapes
-1/4th a cup of chopped pecans
– less than 1/4th a cup of pine nuts
-herbs to taste:
I used fresh 1 tbs dill
4 tiny rosemary needles
2 Tbsp parsely
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 Tblsp culinary grade lavender
– 1 Tblsp lemon juice
