Carrot Rice

Ingredients
Cooked basmati rice (200 grams)
Carrot – 250 grams
Onion – 1
Capsicum – Half
Oil – 1 tbl spoon
Ghee – ½ tbl spoon
Mustard – ½ teaspoon
Urad dal – 1 teaspoon
Cashews
Dry chilli – 1
Curry leaves
Chopped garlic cloves – 3
Chilli powder – ¾ teaspoon
Garam masala – ¼ teaspoon
Cumin powder – ¼ teaspoon
Turmeric powder
Cook for 2 mins in low flame
Pepper – ¼ teaspoon
Coriander leaves
Salt
